Thanks to many years of know-how, the HerkulesGroup has a pioneering machine control system. Specially developed for Herkules machines, the controls are characterized by a number of advantages that set them apart from standard controls from other suppliers. New, intuitive and easy to learn - The user interface of the panel is touch-based and simply structured. Thanks to the color coding of the individual elements, it is stringent and clear, making it quick and easy to use - even without lengthy training.

The KP 10 controller works with a Windows 10 IoT 64-bit operating system and a PLC based on Beckhoff TwinCAT 3.1. The Industrial PC is equipped with the latest CoreTM i5 processor generation.

- PC-based real-time controls with Windows operating system, in which the entire, complex processes of roll handling, processing and inspection are integrated
