For more than 100 years, Herkules' headquarters and head office have been located in Siegen (North Rhine-Westphalia), currently employing around 355 people. In the spacious, air-conditioned production and assembly halls, a modern machine park is available on an area of 15,459 m². Roll grinding machines and lathes are manufactured here, from development and design through production to complete mechanical and electrical assembly. Model carpentry and an electrical workshop contribute to the high level of vertical integration. The site also has its own training workshop.
In our roll shop, customers’ rolls are processed by the help of five roll grinders, a roll texturing machine and a grinding wheel testing device. This is where research and development take place, as well. The office buildings are home to sales, service and administration.
